Values Assessment
Why We Do What We Do
Knowledge of an individual's values helps to tell us "why" they do what they do. Our Values Assessment measures the relative prominence of six basic interests or motives in behavior. Values help to initiate one's behavior, and are sometimes called the hidden motivators because they are not readily observed.
While the DISC Profile explains and predicts behavior and the Team Dimensions Profile examines action taking preference in a team environment, the Values Assessment helps to determine motivations behind behaviors. Those motivations can help predict strengths that a person will bring to a work environment as well as cultural fit.
