Our TeamFormance® Profile is an easy-to-use (but very thought-provoking) assessment that will provide you with a clear picture of your environmental propensity for team failure or prospects for success. It is a three part process that:
1. Provides you (the PIC, Person-in-Charge) the opportunity to describe and frame your organization's team environment as you see it
2. Provides the team members, or those who might be, the opportunity to evaluate this same team environment from their individual perspectives (this is a form of empowerment, by the way)
3. Produces an organization-wide Team Failure Risk Assessment based on the environment which you and they have described
