Simply put, we are consultants. Our services include assessments, advice, coaching, training and related support to help you improve your innovation effectiveness.

If you have visited the How We Think About Innovation page, you understand that we view innovation from the perspectives of the people (and teams they work with), the processes used, and the culture within which it is all framed.

Our assessments are designed to help you understand, within this framework, where you should focus to improve your innovation effectiveness. Our professional services are designed to help you in whichever of those areas is required.


Where are we not a fit
There are two areas where we would definitely not be the right company to help you:

1. You believe you need help with creativity or having your team become more creative. There are many firms that specialize in this area. We are not one of them. As we mentioned elsewhere, our experience suggests that most companies do not really lack for ideas, but rather choosing which ones to implement and then being effective in that process. That's our expertise.



2. You are looking for a company to help you with the actual development and technical implementation of specific products or services. Again, there are many companies that offer this service, we do not.
