DISC Profiles

The Universal, Language of Observable Human Behavior

DISC is the universal, non-judgmental language of observable human behavior. It has a long history of validated use in work settings to help people work more effectively together.

We use the DISC profile in a number of applications to help build high-performance works teams. Aside from the profiles for the mainstream of jobs, we have DISC profiles for executives, sales people, and customer service.

Experts agree that people can significantly enhance their personal effectiveness by understanding their own behavior and that of their co-workers and subordinates. The DISC profile allows people to quickly, and accurately gain a more complete understanding of themselves and others to improve communication and cooperation.

While DISC is a powerful tool to improve team performance, it is not a measure of intelligence, values, skills and experience or education and training.
