Services: Assessments

The Teamformance® process usually starts with an assessment to determine how best to improve performance. Unlike other consulting firms, we have developed computer-assisted methods to quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively determine where to focus to help you improve team performance. We call this service Consulting Without Consultants®. We have three categories available today:

Organization Performance: People, Structure, and Culture
An organization's performance is usually a manifest reflection of its infrastructure. Assessing the performance potential of the people, culture, and structure that comprise the cornerstone of performance is now available through our unique assessment approach. Our proprietary organizational assessment, the Teamformance Profile is part of our Consulting ... Without Consultants® family of services, which allows you to get to the root of the issue quickly, effectively, and inexpensively. Once the issue(s)are identified, we can provide coaching and facilitation services to assist you getting the results you need, want, and demand.

People-In-Performance Assessment:
These Assessments (many of which are detailed on the Individual Assessments section of this site) are available to determine the performance comfort zone of your people. These instruments are beneficial in profiling the functional competencies, communications styles, attitudes and behavior, interests and values, leadership traits, and team performance potential. These profiles are not tests. They help you understand others and what they do, how they do it, and what they are comfortable doing. They are proven to be useful at matching your critical resources to the demands of the job at hand.

Innovation Assessments
Innovation is just creative thinking until those ideas produce results. Our Innovation Foundation Profile is a powerful tool (and part of our Consulting ... Without Consultants® family of services) to help you identify organizational practices that are constraining your innovation potential. What does the Innovation Foundation Profile assess? First and foremost it looks for barriers (constraints) to innovation in your company. These constraints could be people, culture, structure, process, or technology issues. The Innovation Foundation Profile identifies the source(s) of those constraints and provides recommendations for removing them.
