Who We Are

We are experienced former executives from the high technology industry that have taken what we learned in that industry and applied it for over 15 years in additional industries, as well as high technology. The two Principals driving this practice are Bayard Bookman and Mitchell Goozé.

And What is Teamformance^®
Innovation is taking a new idea (creativity) and doing something with it (execution), and all the steps in between these two end points.
